Common name: Blood Lily, Shaving Brush Plant
Plant Description: Above ground bulb with thick broad leaves. Slow growing but very tough. can flower twice a year. These are seed grown plants that are three years old and need a couple more years to reach blooming size. This species makes a handsome houseplant in a well lit spot.
